• puRappAdu for Adhi kEsava perumAL with ubhaya nAchiyArs in kEdayam (a type of palanquin) around the town with mudhal thiruvanthAdhi gOshti

• sEnai mudhliyAr and chakkaraththAzhwAr accompanies perumAL in the puRappAdu - first day they witness the bali (offerings to dhik pAlakas/dhEvathAs who guard the different directions) at different places.

• Return to temple.
• perumAL/thAyArs are seated in the maNdapam across dhvaja sthambam

• emperumAnAr arrives from his sannidhi to the same maNdapam 

• dhvaja ArOhaNam (flag hoisting)

• akshathai AsIrvAtham

• emperumAnAr returns to own sannidhi

• perumAL, thAyArs, sEnai mudhaliyAr and chakkarathAzhwAr go to mirror room - this is where perumAL stays during the uthsavam
